"This decadent culinary delight was created using a whole bottle of Shiraz, sea and kosher salts. Wine was reduced by half and salt was added. Dried for at least 5 days and packaged up for your enjoyment!
Can be used as a finishing salt on any meat or fish. And also excellent to rim a glass for a cocktail.
I’ve had customers use a pinch in a sacred bath as well!
